Welcome to the 2nd Global Mahdavia Conference, in a virtual setting, as organized by the Mahdavia Islamic Center of Chicago (MICC). MICC is celebrating 30 years of its service to the Community in Chicago as well as in other parts of United States.

It was on September 30, 1989, a group of responsible community members, coming from different cities of America, gathered in Chicago and decided to create a Mahdavia Organization. As a result, a formal inauguration of MICC took place on March 4, 1990. Since then, MICC is on the path of growth and expansion, not much in the form of physical assets, but in terms of propagating, protecting and preserving our faith and our identity as Mahdavis.

As our community grows around the globe, we face new challenges as well as new opportunities. The purpose of this conference is to establish a close connection between all of our community members worldwide and to provide an opportunity to gain knowledge from the speakers of this conference. This is an opportunity for all generations to learn and understand our faith, that is purely based on Qur’an, the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammed (SAWS) and the teachings of Imamuna Mahdi al-Ma’ud (ASWS).
